The DallasXNA Usergroup Kickoff was a success! Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the event.
The finalization of the DallasXNA Leadership Board is as follows:
· Membership Director: Calvin Glenn
· Marketing Director: Abraham Saldana
· Sponsorship Director: Robert Owens
· Speaker Relations Director: Jake Good
· Webmaster & Treasurer: Rick Spencer
Meeting Notes:
· The group will begin next month with an introduction to 2D game development next month, cover a number of core game development topics and then proceed to 3D game development.
· Thereafter, specialty topics will address the multitude of interests.
· Presentations will be brief in-the-code demonstrations of the underlying topic and will include numerous self-researchable resource links for further study.
· The presentation will be made available online later next week
· The Usergroup meeting will continue to occur every 3rd Tuesday at the Guildhall at SMU from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
· Congratulations to all the prize winners!
